GloRilla charmed audiences on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” on Nov. 25 wearing a pair of striking boots.
The rapper dressed up in a gold crystal-embellished ensemble for her performance featuring T-Pain. She wore a bodysuit featuring long sleeves and brief-like mini shorts in addition to a cutout leaving her stomach exposed. The bodysuit was accented by a puffy beige stole, which added some volume and textural diversity to GloRilla’s outfit.
Creating a cohesive look styled by EJ King, the musician’s bedazzled shoes matched her bodysuit with its hue and embellishments. Kevon Young-Square, the creator of Bois Camp designed the bodysuit, while Jeremy Louis was responsible for the rhinestones all throughout the outfit. They were designed with a skin-tight fit, hugging her legs up to her mid-thigh. The shoes featured a pointed toe and a block heel boosting GloRilla’s height for the occasion. Her supporting performers wore complementary outfits including sparkling gold ankle boots.
Glittering shoes are a mainstay on the concert stage. Sabrina Carpenter, for example, can be seen in platform pairs while performing and Taylor Swift exclusively wore Christian Louboutin shoes during the Eras Tour, many of which were crystal-embellished. Suffice to say, GloRilla’s shoe choice fits into a long tradition of bold concert fashion.
GloRilla’s specific style includes a range of silhouettes. She wore gladiator-style heels to the CMT Music Awards in April. To attend the ESPYs in September, she wore a pair of braided Christian Louboutin sandals made in collaboration with Idris and Sabrina Elba as part of the Walk A Mile In My Shoes collection, which was created in support of non-profit organizations.
