Among the featured products, Skyworth showcases its impressive display technology, including the customizable C1 Canvas Art TV and the ultra-portable Companion P100, designed for on-the-go entertainment. This selection exemplifies a growing trend in the tech industry, where style meets practicality. Alongside these offerings, a range of other exciting advancements underscores the relentless drive for innovation in today’s digital landscape.
On view at Skyworth’s stand were two display products; one speaks to the aesthetics and lifestyle wants of custom integration clients, and the other offers an on-the-go portable option that is outfitted with a unique rear-mounted leather carrying handle.
The customizable Skyworth C1 Canvas Art TV, available in both 55- and 65-inch iterations ($1,200 and $1,600, respectively), features QLED+ technology, can spotlight a wide range of digital art ringed with either a white or woodgrain bezel, and is a svelte 1.18 inches thick, for nearly flat wall mounting. Its all-in-one design doesn’t require external connection boxes during the installation process, as all components and connections are built into the TV, making setup a smooth experience.
Screen brightness and color temperature auto-adjust depending on the surrounding environment’s ambient conditions. The easily totable Skyworth Companion 24-inch P100 1080p FHD Portable LED Display with Google TV ($399) is a featherweight-level nine pounds. It sports a built-in lithium-ion battery with a three-hour charge a low-battery alert feature, and built-in 8-watt front-firing speakers.
OWC (Other World Computing) showcased its newly shipping Envoy Ultra Thunderbolt 5 SSD. Widely versatile, water- and dust-resistant, and crushproof, it’s designed to maximize the performance of Macs and PCs with speed exceeding 6000MB/s – making it up to twice as fast as Thunderbolt 4 and USB4, says OWC. It is available in 2 TB ($399.99) and 4 TB ($599.99) capacities.
The Neurable stand featured the MW75 Neuro ($699) —the result of a partnership with Master & Dynamic, which is known for its premium headphones. The MW75 Neuro has been endowed with Neurable’s brain-computer interface (BCI) technology, which keeps track of brain-wave activity via the company’s AI-powered EEG sensors built into the headphone’s earpads, designed to give audio listeners helpful feedback about their cognitive health and ability to focus on various tasks. The headphones also feature a custom 40mm Beryllium driver that incorporates eight microphones, which filter out external noise interference.
Twelve South’s PlugBug multi-port USB-C wall charger was touted at the company booth as the world’s first compact USB-C charger with built-in Find My functionality. It comes in four-port 120W ($119.99) and two-port 50W ($69.99) versions; each lets users quickly charge devices while keeping track of the charger location at all times by launching the Apple Find My app on an iPhone. Its space-saving design also enables it to lie unobtrusively flat against wall outlets.
Stelo by Dexcom is the first over-the-counter glucose biosensor designed to aid consumers with prediabetes conditions and with Type 2 diabetes not on insulin to reach their A1C goals and to slow diabetes progression. The device is worn on the back of the upper arm and sends data directly to a smartphone, bypassing the need for fingersticks. The sensor also features spike detection, which pinpoints meaningful glucose variability for wearers. Stelo is available for $99 for a single pack of two sensors (total wear time up to 30 days), or for a monthly ongoing subscription fee of $89, with two sensors delivered every 30 days.
ViewSonic’s M1X portable LED projector ($339.99) packs a formidable punch for its diminutive weight of less than two pounds. It features a patented three-in-one smart stand that enables 360-degree projection angles. It can project images up to 100 inches with WVGA resolution, offers 150 ANSI lumens of brightness, and its sound is powered by Harman Kardon. Connectivity options to mobile devices are via Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, HDMI or USB-C.
