HORRIFIED This Morning viewers threatened to ‘call Ofcom’ as controversial star Bonnie Blue boasted about her sex conquests live on today’s show.
The ITV programme came under fire after featuring OnlyFans model Bonnie, 25, in a daytime interview – who makes up to £750,000 a month by sleeping with “barely legal 18 year olds”.
The segment sparked outrage among viewers who deemed the segment inappropriate for family audiences.
Following her appearance, social media erupted with criticism, with some calling it the “pits” of television while others threatening to escalate complaints to Ofcom.
One wrote on X, formerly Twitter: “Presumably #thismorning will advise viewers to make sure young children are out of the room for this next segment or do they think interviewing a prostitute at 10:35 is okay for family viewing? #ofcom.”
Another fumed, “I’m all for taking the piss, but having this gutter rat on daytime TV for a bit of PR is the pits. Unbelievable #OFCOM #ThisMorning.”
Someone else wrote, “Bonnie Blue uses interviews like this rage bait and gets more views. Shame on #ThisMorning for giving her a platform. I don’t think 18-year-old boys can fully consent to having a video posted online forever, and what about STIs? She is abusing them.”
A fourth added: “#ThisMorning at the end of this interview, it’s clear Bonnie Blue takes no accountability, and there’s no remorse or emotion. Complete psychopath.”
The criticism extended to ITV and the production team behind This Morning.
One wrote, “ITV and #ThisMorning giving the predator Bonnie Blue airtime is shameful. Literally everyone has disassociated from her yet you’re promoting this.”
Another demanded accountability from the network, stating, “Whoever invited Bonnie Blue on this morning needs sacking. #ThisMorning is absolutely VILE.”
The interview began with Bonnie, who initially worked in recruitment, describing how she transitioned into the adult content industry.
She told hosts Cat Deeley and Andi Peters, “I didn’t know too much about the industry before I started. It was as simple as filming videos and putting it online.”
Bonnie explained how the money was a big draw at first, but it quickly turned into a passion for educating others about sex.
She added: “And as I got into it, I realized how much pleasure I received from it, and also how much there’s a missing gap of educational content online.”
Bonnie’s earnings have skyrocketed, reportedly reaching upwards of £600,000 a month, prompting Andi to joke, “I would change careers for that kind of money, but I’m not sure I’d do what you do.”
When asked about her specific niche, Bonnie explained it simply: “Barely legal, 18-year-olds.”
She emphasised that her content is intended to be relatable to the average person, portraying a “girl next door” vibe, but with a twist on adult themes.
This led to a tense moment in the conversation as she clashed with Ashley James, who had been drafted in to oppose her views.
OnlyFans is a subscription content service based in London.
As of 2023, it is thought to have more than 220million registered users and over three million content creators.
Sex workers charge monthly fees for access to pictures, videos and more.
While popular for porn, the site isn’t exclusively designed with that in mind – anyone who wants to build up a fan base and charge them for it can set one up.
Celebs like Katie Price and Kerry Katona are popular personalities on the platform.
“Whether you’re uploading tutorials, tips, behind-the-scenes footage or just endless selfies, a lot of your followers would be willing to pay for them,” the company states.
For every subscription that’s sold to a viewer, performers get 80 per cent of the cash while OnlyFans gets the rest.
It isn’t limited to adult content, as it has become popular with physical fitness experts and musicians.
She said, “I think the issue that people have with you specifically is the fact that you use terms like ‘barely legal.’ There’s a real fear, not only for our daughters but also for our sons.”
Bonnie defended her choice of terminology, pointing out that the media often labels her in this way.
She argued, “The media likes to belittle women.”
The conversation quickly turned to the educational aspect of Bonnie’s work.
Bonnie said, “My content is educational to those I’m sleeping with and those that are watching it.”
However, Ashley questioned the nature of that education, pointing out that Bonnie’s audience includes teenagers, many of whom are impressionable and may not fully understand the consequences of what they’re watching.
Ashley asked, “What are you doing to make sure that these young viewers understand the potential risks involved in what you’re doing?”
Bonnie responded by saying that she promotes safe sex and stresses the importance of understanding one’s boundaries, but she acknowledged that she doesn’t have control over how her content is perceived.
The tension between the two guests escalated as Ashley argued that such content could normalize harmful behavior, while Bonnie stood by her belief.
Earlier this month, Bonnie flew more than 10,000 miles to Australia’s Gold Coast to film herself having sex with hundreds of school leavers for free, in exchange for their permission to post it on her OnlyFans account.
However, the controversial porn star has now been forced to contact the police after vicious death threats on social media have left her fearing for her life.
In an exclusive interview with The Sun, she said last week: “I must get 200 to 300 plus death threats a day.
“The one I got this morning was like: ‘When you arrive in Surfers Paradise [in Australia], you’re going to be leaving in a box. You should kill yourself before we have to kill you.’”
She added: “[Trolls] think I’m in the wrong but what I’m doing is consensual and focused on a happy experience.
“They are the ones breaking the law and doing something wrong – not me.
“Wishing someone dead and wishing harm on them? That’s a bad person, not me.”
Bonnie shares her location on social media, which leads to hundreds of men queueing for hours outside her room to have sex.
The men have to fill out multiple consent forms, show ID, and wear a condom – but that hasn’t appeased her critics.
Bonnie, who has 163,000 followers on Instagram, said: “I’d say 99.9% of the hate I get is women.
“If I was getting this hate from guys, I’d be a bit more concerned and I’d also be thinking about marketing myself differently, because my content is solely for men.
“That is who subscribes and that is my audience – that’s who pays my bills, when you put it bluntly.
“Women were never my target audience so they were always going to give me hate.
“But taking it to the level they are isn’t fair.
“A lot of them say I am a predator and I am grooming [men] but it goes back to their legal age. They are consenting and they are choosing to contact me, I am not messaging them.
“It is their body, their decision and they are 18. A lot of [the trolls] disagree but they also forget that in the porn industry, 18-year-old schoolboys or schoolgirls are the most searched-for category.
“I am a businesswoman so I am going to capitalise on wherever the most money is.”
Bonnie works with an accountant and financial advisor to invest her money wisely – which has allowed her to help both of her parents retire at 50, and buy nine properties throughout the UK.
In a bid to protect herself, she revealed that she has also employed bodyguards.

She said: “I didn’t [have bodyguards] at the start – I was quite naive and I didn’t realise how many bad people there are in the world.
“I just think I am offering a service and I want to make people happy. My service is about pleasure.
“So why would people want to hurt me or do anything bad?”
As the threats continued to flood her inbox, Bonnie recently decided to notify the police.
Bonnie said: “This morning, I spoke to my team. I said, ‘I think it’s about time we actually contact the police about where my next event is.’
“Because the death threats are very high and I’m very publicly saying where I’m staying – Surfers Paradise in Australia.
“That is where Schoolies is hosted [the last week of November and first week of December] – Schoolies is the same as Freshers’ in the UK, but it’s just the Australian version.
“Everyone goes to the same location, which is Surfers Paradise.
“It’s the first time I’ve ever thought: ‘OK, I’m going to contact the police myself.’”
She continued: “People have been commenting on my TikToks and social media, saying: ‘We’re reporting you to the police.’
“I replied to one of the comments, saying: ‘Well, good luck reporting it because you’re calling the police saying: “I want to report a girl who is sleeping with consenting, legal 18 year olds.
“So you’ve got nothing to stand on. However, your message to me is saying you’re going to kill me and stab me.”’
“I’m the one that’s got something to report.”
