SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The Saratoga County District Attorney's Office reported that Eric Mcintosh, 34, of South Glens Falls, was sentenced to 14 years in state prison on Monday for a 2021 armed robbery in Wilton. Mcintosh pleaded guilty to first-degree robbery in October of 2023.
As part of his plea, Mcintosh admitted to robbing the Rite Aid on Route 50 in Wilton at knifepoint on June 3, 2021. He was taken into custody by the Saratoga County Sheriff's Office on November 3, 2022.
The resulting investigation determined that Mcintosh stole over $3,000 worth of medication from the pharmacy during the incident. In addition to his prison sentence, he was ordered to serve a five-year term of probation following his release.
