OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) — Oklahoma City Police responded to a child hit by a car in southwest Oklahoma City Saturday afternoon.
According to authorities, the collision happened near SW 59th Street and S Eggleston Avenue.
OKCPD tells News 4 the child walked in front of a vehicle making a turn before being struck.
Officials say the child was checked out by EMSA on the scene and has minor injuries, including broken teeth and a scratched leg.
The driver stayed at the scene and was cooperative with police.
