Hansen 1941 — 2024 Marlene Ruth Hansen, 83, of Watertown, WI, and formerly of Appleton, WI, passed away on July 30, 2024, following a long battle with dementia and complications from a stroke. Marlene was born on January 17, 1941, in Brillion, WI to Ruben and Mamie Wolfmeyer. She graduated from Brillion High School in 1959 and then attended secretarial school in Milwaukee. She married her high school sweetheart, Robert, in 1963, and last year they celebrated 60 years of marriage. Marlene worked for several years at Kurz and Root as a purchasing agent and secretary.
