New Delhi: Tilak Varma, one of the rising stars of the Indian cricket team, is breaking records every day. Recently, while playing for Team India, he batted brilliantly against South Africa. Now he has scored a hat-trick of centuries. Tilak Varma has performed brilliantly in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy. Playing for Hyderabad, he scored a brilliant century in the match against Meghalaya. This century has recorded his name in the pages of history. This is his third consecutive century in the T20 format. He is the first player to do so.
Tilak Varma’s wonder:
Tilak Varma played a stormy innings of 151 runs in just 67 balls in the match played against Meghalaya. He hit 14 fours and 10 sixes during this special inning and batted at a tremendous strike rate of 225.37. Thanks to Tilak’s innings, Hyderabad scored 248 runs in 20 overs and thrashed the bowlers of Meghalaya. Earlier, he had scored two centuries during the T20 series played against South Africa. He did this in the second and third matches of the series.

Tilak Varma played two magical innings in South Africa. During this series, Team India played 4 matches. Where India won 3-1. In this match, Team India captain Suryakumar Yadav gave Tilak Varma a chance to bat in the top order. Which he took advantage of very well. He scored centuries in Centurion and Johannesburg. He became the second Indian batsman to score consecutive T20 centuries after his teammate Sanju Samson. Apart from this, he also equalled France’s Gustave McCon, South Africa’s Rilee Rossow and England’s Phil Salt. He was also selected as the Player of the Series in this series.
