A court in Jammu and Kashmir's Rajouri district declared 14 individuals as proclaimed offenders for allegedly crossing the Line of Control illegally into Pakistan-occupied Kashmir in 2011. The accused, including a couple, are facing charges under the Egress Internal Movement (Control) Ordinance, and their properties are now subject to attachment.
