LaKeith Stanfield and Mark Wahlberg are hard at work on their new movie!
The two Oscar-nominated actors walked around the confetti-lined streets of Times Square while filming scenes for their new crime thriller Play Dirty on Wednesday night (November 20) in New York City.
Earlier in the week, Mark, 53, was spotted filming a few scenes at a park in Brooklyn.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Play Dirty is an adaption of Donald E. Westlake’s Parker novels and follows Mark “as the hardened professional thief who is, naturally, double-crossed and left for dead. His hunt for revenge, however, brings with it a shot at the biggest heist of his career. But, per the studio, even with the help of his partner, an actor-slash-con artist named Grofield, he’ll still need to outsmart a South American dictator, the New York mob and the world’s richest man if he hopes to stay alive.”
LaKeith, 33, is playing Grofield.
It was recently announced that one of Mark‘s hit movies is getting a sequel!
