I’M A Celebrity Dean McCullough took a swipe at hosts Ant and Dec after quitting another Bushtucker Trial.
The Radio 1 star’s performance in trials has left a lot to be desired with a series of early exits.
Last night was no exception, and he returned to camp from the jungle’s scientific research facility with just four stars.
He began by tackling a two minute experiment worth two stars, before being exposed to seven different containment areas, where more stars were up for grabs.
Dean then had to place his head inside boxes and was showered by cockroaches, crickets and mealworms, and spiders.
The squeamish star told Ant and Dec not to tell him what was about to enter his container and quickly paid the price.
As fish guts poured over his neck, Dean immediately shouted: “I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!”
Ant looked flabbergasted, and told the star: “Do you know if you let us tell you what was coming in, you wouldn’t have freaked out?”
Dean replied: “No, I wouldn’t have freaked out. Can we do it again?”
Ant said: “We can’t I’m afraid. Once you call it, that’s it. Trial over.
“Why did you call it on fish guts?”
Nervy Dean responded: “I could feel something heavy and smelly on the back of my neck.”
Then talking straight to Ant, he said: “You’re standing there giving it the biggun, but fish guts? Your wee shackets would be ruined.”
Ant replied: “They would, and I like this shacket.”
Fans watching the show at home were then quick to spot how it looked as though Dean’s lip had gotten injured during the trial.
“Bless him for getting 4 stars tho. Also, has anyone noticed that Dean has cut his lip,” wrote one viewer on X.
Another then said, “Has Dean cut his lip?”
A third added, “Is it me, or has no-one noticed Dean’s lower lip on the right side bl33ding?”
“Why is Dean’s mouth bleeding? Spider bite?” asked a fourth.
During the trial, Dean had to unscrew stars with his mouth, which might have caused the red mark on his lower lip.
Despite his low star count, Dean’s campmates were overjoyed to see the Radio One DJ return with some grub for dinner.
They even treated him to a nice bath and pamper.

2019 Love Island star Maura, 33, will be a late entry to the jungle line-up.
She will head into the I’m A Celeb camp, along with the Reverend Richard Coles, 62.
The duo will join the likes of Coleen Rooney, Barry McGuigan and Danny Jones in Ant and Dec’s jungle camp a week into this year’s star-spangled series.
Yet initially the duo will have their own private base – and a secret mission – before heading into the main compound Down Under.
Maura has already described the jungle as “hell.”
Meanwhile Richard, who has starred on Strictly, has confessed his biggest “fear.”
