A WOMAN has revealed she was gutted her boyfriend cheated, but made sure to get the ultimate revenge to get him back.
The woman explained that after going through her partner’s laptop, she was stunned to find thousands of messages between him and a work colleague.
After finding thousands of messages proving his infidelity, the woman made sure to get the ultimate revenge[/caption]But rather than bring it up and get into a huge argument, the anonymous woman decided to ‘help’ her man out with his house renovations, leaving him a shocking surprise.
On a recent episode of the Closet Confessions podcast, we heard actress and online personality Coco Sarel and author and journalist Candice Brathwaite read out a confession from an anonymous listener.
The audience’s admission was titled ‘I let his mother know he cheated and then left.’
The woman then explained: “My ex-partner of two years was cheating on me with his work colleague.
“They were both teachers at a school and I learnt that his ex before me finished things with him after seven years because of the same affair.
“Two years in, he tells me he’s surprising me with a birthday trip.
“I stay at his for a few months before said trip, working from home whilst he’s at work and peep at his old laptop which is unattended.
“I snoop to find out where the birthday trip is, but get more than I bargain for and find thousands of messages and Facetimes to another woman. She works in his school.
“Best believe I was furious beyond belief, I don’t let him know what I’ve seen and long story short, we are two weeks past me finding out.”
But rather than let his infidelity get her down, she made sure to get her “petty revenge“.
She continued: “It was petty revenge time. He inherits a house from his grandad, I let him install a new kitchen, bathroom, carpet, rewiring etc.
“One weekend, he’s at the football and I’m at the house renovating.

Anonymous confession
“Nope, you guessed it. I’m destroying and leaving all the evidence.
“I printed out a chunky file of messages, screenshots, nude imagery of both of them, locations on maps.
“They’d been together and he told me one thing but he was with her.
“I pinned it all over the walls of the house, like Regina George when she loses the plot and low and behold, the next person at the house was his mother.”
Private Investigator Aaron Bond from BondRees revealed four warning signs your partner might be cheating.
They start to take their phone everywhere with them
In close relationships, it’s normal to know each other’s passwords and use each other’s phones, if their phone habits change then they may be hiding something.
Aaron says: “If your partner starts changing their passwords, starts taking their phone everywhere with them, even around the house or they become defensive when you ask to use their phone it could be a sign of them not being faithful.”
“You should also look at how they place their phone down when not in use. If they face the phone with the screen facing down, then they could be hiding something.”
They start telling you less about their day
When partners cheat they can start to avoid you, this could be down to them feeling guilty or because it makes it easier for them to lie to you.
“If you feel like your partner has suddenly begun to avoid you and they don’t want to do things with you any more or they stop telling you about their day then this is another red flag.”
“Partners often avoid their spouses or tell them less about their day because cheating can be tough, remembering all of your lies is impossible and it’s an easy way to get caught out,” says Aaron.
Their libido changes
Your partner’s libido can change for a range of reasons so it may not be a sure sign of cheating but it can be a red flag according to Aaron.
Aaron says: “Cheaters often have less sex at home because they are cheating, but on occasions, they may also have more sex at home, this is because they feel guilty and use this increase in sex to hide their cheating. You may also find that your partner will start to introduce new things into your sex life that weren’t there before.”
They become negative towards you
Cheaters know that cheating is wrong and to them, it will feel good, this can cause tension and anxiety within themselves which they will need to justify.
“To get rid of the tension they feel inside they will try to convince themselves that you are the problem and they will become critical of you out of nowhere. Maybe you haven’t walked the dog that day, put the dishes away or read a book to your children before bedtime. A small problem like this can now feel like a big deal and if you experience this your partner could be cheating,” warns Aaron.
Not only did she leave the evidence for him and his family to see, but she also blocked them all too.
She concluded: “I was long gone, with him and his family blocked on social media, with no contact.
“All he could do was try and call me on no caller ID and leave voice messages.”
As a woman and as a mum, that is my worst nightmare
Candice Brathwaite
Clearly stunned at the confession but impressed with the woman’s revenge, Candice beamed: “Love that for you.”
But Candice was in utter shock at the situation, as she added: “Incredible scenes.
“I hate to make it a female thing, but as a woman and as a mum, that is my worst nightmare to inflict that on another woman.
“What’s going on? If you’re not saying open relationship, someone’s head is getting chopped off, and it ain’t the woman’s.”
