The Black Friday Nugget couch deal is a rare opportunity to save on two pieces of coveted kids' furniture that provide endless possibilities for imaginative play.
Nugget is giving shoppers 10% off when they purchase The Nugget play couch and Chunk ottoman together as part of its Big Orange Box Set promotion. You'll save $47, bringing the price down to $421 for the two items. While this furniture doesn't come cheap, it's an excellent investment. The Nugget couch launched in 2014, and many parents can't imagine life without it. The sofa consists of a base, seat cushion, and two triangle pillows. Kids can reconfigure it for rough and tumble play, fort building, or just lounging. And now Nugget has designed another genius piece: the Chunk ottoman, which consists of four disc-shaped pieces for kids.
Conz Preti, Business Insider deputy editor and mom of three kids under 7, started out with the Nugget but recently added the Chunk. As expected, her kids love it. It's also a practical, durable piece of seating. Keep in mind that the Chunk ottoman included in the bundle deal is for kids over age 3. Both the couch and ottoman should be used with adult supervision.
The Nugget is not waterproof, but you can purchase waterproof liners separately for $109 and new cover sets for $119.
