Stars of country music and celebrities alike descended upon Nashville, Tennessee on Wednesday night for the 58th Country Music Awards (the CMAs!). The awards show celebrated the best in country music from the last year, and icon George Strait was given the Willie Nelson lifetime achievement award.
Former NFL star Peyton Manning co-hosted the event with country singer Luke Bryan for the third straight year, and this time around the duo was joined by Lainey Wilson. Chris Stapleton was one of the evening’s big winners, taking home the award for Single of the Year and Song of the Year for “White Horse”, as well as Male Vocalist of the Year.
Wilson won for Female Vocalist of the Year and Music Video of the Year for “Wildflowers and Wild Horses.”
