Austrian Post: we are giving German online shoppers access to the product range of the best Austrian retailers

shöpping.at, the online marketplace of Austrian Post, will launch tomorrow in Germany. Austrian retailers can thus expand their delivery area and sell their goods and products to German customers with immediate effect.

For them, the online marketplace with a variety of products from the fields of electronics, fashion, Austrian food and delicacies, around 5,000 wines, household goods, beauty and much more is now also available under shöpping.de .

“With the launch in Germany, we are giving German online shoppers access to the product range of the best Austrian retailers. At the same time, our existing retailers can increase their sales market tenfold and increase their sales during the important Christmas business. As a treat, we also offer our own introductory campaign with discounts,” explains Robert Hadzetovic, Head of shöpping.at.

These are the introductory actions for the launch in Germany:

• Sales campaign: All retailers who sell products via shöpping.at to Germany in November and December 2024 will be credited with six euros (incl. VAT) per order.
• Free Shipping: All German online shoppers can also order free shipping in November and December 2024.

Retailers decide for themselves whether they want to limit their delivery area to Austria or expand it to Germany. The delivery areas can also be defined on a product-specific basis.

At the same time, shöpping.at is driving the acquisition of merchants from the European Union (EU) who want to offer their goods in Austria and Germany. This initiative has already diversified the assortment and offers shoppers even more choices.
