TROY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A Castleton man was arrested after a report of shots being fired in South Troy. The incident took place just after 8 a.m. Friday near a home on 4th Street and St. Luke's Avenue.
Police arrested Kaden Williams while conducting their investigation. They said he had a small backpack with a loaded, illegal firearm. The gun had previously been reported stolen in Montgomery County.
The 20-year old was charged with criminal possession of a weapon and criminal possession of stolen property.
