FanGraphs writer Jake Mailhot release his Offseason Power Rankings. Where do the Cleveland Guardians rank? 22nd with a projected record of 79-83. The Twins (8), Royals (11), and Tigers (18) are all ranked higher than Cleveland. As pointed out by Matt (@BelowAverageOPS) and other GuardsTwitter members, this ranking is taking into consideration that the rotation does not include Bieber, Cobb, or Boyd.
