The loaded cereal bowl trend sees TikTokers adding various exciting toppings to basic cereal.
Some have opted to add bananas and strawberries to their bowl, while others will add some sweeter choices like cake.
Creators have all appeared to add some kind of nut butter and some “seasoning” like cinnamon.
Depending on whether you like your cereal to go soft or not, you can either add yogurt or milk to your bowl.
Many creators have made “healthier” versions of the loaded cereal by adding protein powders, yogurts or milk and sticking to just fruit as their topping of choice.
Influencer Lauren Hoffman began the loaded cereal bowl trend and says it is a pregnancy craving for her.
For Lauren, her loaded cereal bowl consists of banana, honey nut cheerios cereal, strawberries, peanut butter and a crumbled brownie.
She then tops it with milk before tucking into the bowl.
Her initial loaded cereal post went viral and accumulated over 1.4 million views and hundreds of thousands of likes, as of 12 November 2024.
Now other content creators are taking Lauren’s idea and putting their own spin on the trend.
