The team news for Tottenham’s Europa League clash against Galatasaray has just been announced and it features a few surprises.
Spurs have a perfect record in the Europa League so far this campaign, having overcome Qarabag, Ferencvaros and AZ Alkmaar so far.
However, they face their toughest test of the group stage this evening as they take on Turkish league leaders Galatasaray on their own turf.
Gala are yet to taste defeat in the league or the Europa League so far this season, and they will be eyeing a huge scalp tonight.
Ange Postecoglou‘s men know that if they come away with three points from Istanbul this evening, they will have one foot in the knockout stage of the competition.
Ange Postecoglou is without several of his key players at the moment, with Micky van de Ven, Wilson Odobert, Djed Spence, Cristian Romero and Richarlison currently nursing injuries.
Meanwhile, Timo Werner and Mikey Moore have both not travelled to Turkey, with the former having a groin issue and the latter coming down with a virus.
These are the teams that will take to the field at Rams Park:
Tottenham XI: Fraser Forster; Pedro Porro, Radu Dragusin, Ben Davies, Archie Gray; Yves Bissouma, Lucas Bergvall, James Maddison; Brennan Johnson, Will Lankshear, Heung-min Son.
