Iran to complete border closure with Afghanistan and Pakistan by mid-next year
Iskandar Momeni, the Minister of Interior of the Islamic Republic of Iran, announced during his visit to the eastern border closure project that it is expected to be operational in the first half of next year.
According to the state-run news agency IRNA, Momeni’s visit focused on the ongoing border closure efforts.
