He was born in Kennebunk on April 22, 1932, a son of Harry Everett Sr and Margaret Mae Brown Coombs.Frank is married to the former Lorraine Y. Toussaint.Mr. Coombs was employed for many years as a heavy equipment operator. He worked in 1955 on the Massachusetts Turnpike, then in Connecticut for 15 years for the State Highway Department.
