Royal Wootton Bassett Town's fine run rolls on.
Sam Collier's side made it eight games unbeaten in the Hellenic League Premier Division - and 22 points from the last available 24 a with a fine 3-1 come from behind win against Sporting Club Inkberrow.
Last week's performance against Hereford Pegasus was the best Bassett have produced this season. And this latest win was arguably their biggest so far this season.
Pitting Bassett against the division's fourth place side (who went into the game four points ahead and were defending an unbeaten away record so far this season), a defeat against Inkberrow would have been a big blow for Collier and his team as they sought to continue to claw their way back into playoff contention.
But come full time Bassett had passed this key test with flying colours.
The vital three points and results elsewhere lift Bassett into sixth, with the ability to overhaul two of the sides in the top five - including Inkberrow - with the game in hand they possess.
As was to be expected given their strong start to life in the Hellenic Premier, newly promoted Inkberrow represented testing opponents.
And they were to take the lead when Connor Stanley found the net on the half hour.
However their advantage did not last long as George Peare - having not scored in his first 17 games in a Bassett shirt - netted for a third consecutive game to bring the scores level.
Bassett then struck a crucial blow just before the interval as Brad Pagliaroli scored his eighth of the season.
Putting Bassett in a position of strength when play resumed, Pagliaroli's goal could not have arrived at a better time .
And the hosts defended their lead well before Tommy Ouldridge eventually put the contest to bed.
With another fine win, Collier has little to complain about at the moment.
The result did see Bassett's four game league run in which they have scored at least four goals come to an end.
But they have netted at least three in six straight league outings - a phenomenal attacking streak that will be certainly tested next week when Bassett travel to Worcester Raiders, who boast one of the best defensive records in the division.
