Johnny Depp's Lawyer Camille Vasquez Shuts Down Romance Rumors, Says 'I Would Never'

Camille Vasquez is once again shutting down rumors she was romantically involved with her client Johnny Depp.

Back in 2022, the 40-year-old lawyer represented the 61-year-old actor in his defamation trial against ex-wife Amber Hearder Heard. At the time, many speculated that the two might have been romantically involved.

Now in a new interview with Extra, Camille once again shut down the rumors that she dated Johnny.

Keep reading to find out more…“I would never,” Camille said. “Let me just go on the record here: never dated Johnny Depp. Never would date Johnny Depp. I think he’s a lovely person… He’s not my type.”

Camille went on to say that she found out from her parents that many people online speculated that she was dating Johnny, but noted that her parents “knew definitively” that she wasn’t.

Despite working together, Camille said that she’s never seen any of Johnny‘s work.

“Admittedly, never seen him, really, in any film,” Camille added. “Maybe Chocolat?”

When asked if she’s seen any of Johnny‘s Pirates of the Caribbean movies, Camille responded, “Never to this day. I have not seen him in Pirates.”

Also in the interview, Camille admitted that she was struck by Johnny when they first met.

“After maybe 30, 40 minutes of speaking with him, I remember having an out-of-body experience and looking at him and thinking, ‘He views the world so differently than I do,’” Camille recalled. “He definitely uses a different part of his brain. He’s such an artist.”
