He was a sculptor and painter of genre scenes, landscapes, cityscapes and portraits. He began art lessons at a young age. In 1923, Corbellini moved to Paris to paint. He found success quickly as a popular portraitist. He was widely exhibited in Parisian galleries through the 1950s. Corbellini spent the last two decades of his life traveling the world and exhibiting his art, including in New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Venezuela, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Tahiti and Japan.
