We invite all members of the community to participate and share their thoughts during this important time."
The meet and greet will be from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 6 at the Emerald Ballroom in Hotel Topeka located at 1717 Southwest Topeka Boulevard. After the meet and greet, a special meeting of the Governing Body will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 7 to review the police chief candidates, with the goal to choose the next Topeka Police Chief, according to the news release.
