A charitable cycling race is about to take place supporting the Elpida Foundation for Children with Cancer and Leukaemia. Set to take place this Saturday, the initiative combines a passion for cycling with love and solidarity towards fellow human beings, offering help to children who are fighting serious health issues.
The Lexus Cycling Dream Team will lead the Love Race (Agonas Agapis 2024), cycling an impressive145-kilometre off-road route, starting from Troodos Square and finishing at the ‘Elpida’ Foundation in Nicosia. All proceeds raised for this Saturday’s event will be go to financially support the Elpida Foundation.
The event will also be supported by SupportCY of the Bank of Cyprus, with members of the SupportCY Volunteer Corps accompanying the cyclists throughout the route, offering assistance and support wherever needed.
The goal of this charity cycling event is to raise public awareness and embrace the vision and objectives of the Elpida Foundation to increase financial resources for the children battling cancer and leukaemia.
