Three people were injured on Tuesday when part of the roof of a department store in Paphos collapsed, Paphos police spokesperson Michalis Nicolaou said.
The incident occurred around 12.30pm when a section of the store’s tin roof gave way.
Nicolaou said that three individuals sustained minor injuries.
The area has been cordoned off, and the circumstances of the collapse are being investigated by the police in collaboration with the labour department and the district administration.
The three injured people were taken by ambulance to Paphos general hospital.
