Happy Monday!
Following a very mild weekend in Central Ohio, a cold front swept through, sending much colder temperatures our way for the first half of the new workweek. For our Monday, expect highs in the middle 50s, with a breeze. We'll see mainly cloudy conditions, with a few isolated sprinkles late this afternoon and evening.
Those spotty showers increase in coverage slightly tonight into early Tuesday. Expect those light rain showers to linger through the first half of our Tuesday, before gradually clearing. We'll be even colder Tuesday, with highs in the lower 50s.
By Wednesday, we start the day with patchy frost, then highs return to the middle 50s. We will see more sunshine by that point.
Going into Thursday, expect more widespread frost during the morning as temperatures dip close to freezing in Columbus. We'll then be warmer during the afternoon, with highs in the lower 60s and abundant sunshine.
Expect another morning with areas of frost on Friday, then we continue to warm into the end of the week, with highs in the upper 60s by Friday.
