CITIZENS of Finland and Sweden will be provided with updated instructions for how to prepare for war and other crises in November, according to Helsingin Sanomat.
In Finland, an extensive web service compiling previously scattered preparedness-related information will be launched on Suomi.fi on 18 November. Sweden, in turn, will provide action recommendations in case of a war or crisis in the form of a booklet that will be delivered to all households starting on the same day.
