An amalgam of political parties and social groups, APUM, has urged the NC-Congress alliance to pass a resolution seeking the restoration of statehood to Jammu and Kashmir. They congratulated the alliance on their electoral victory and also called for 200 units of free electricity and the regularisation of daily wage laborers.
