The thing with this video is that they're asking a former ref to state whether it's a penalty and he's giving the letter of the law response. He probably thinks DCL has been fouled in reality but he's never going to say anything other than what the current rule is.I think the bit Gallagher deliberately omitted was the “ye but it’s Everton and we don’t give penalties to Everton because they don’t like us…sniff sniff”
