Manchester United interest in Christian Pulisic has emerged as they struggle for form in the Premier League. Despite a significant summer investment, Erik ten Hag’s side have made their worst-ever start in the league, securing just six points from seven games and struggling in attack with only five goals scored.
As the Red Devils look to boost their chances of securing Champions League qualification, minority owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe and INEOS are reportedly ready to fund a £46m bid for Pulisic.
The American winger, currently at AC Milan, has been in fine form, with 21 goals and 13 assists in 59 appearances, including impressive displays this season. However, Milan, despite a slow start, are not under pressure to sell, as Pulisic’s contract runs until 2027.
United’s competition could come from Liverpool, who are also monitoring the former Chelsea star’s progress. The decision on whether to pursue Pulisic could impact both their January and summer transfer plans.
