She went viral when she used the social media app to hunt for a man who she spoke to at a concert in Birmingham, Alabama.
“Right before Chris Stapleton came on a man walked up to me,” she said.
“A big, tall, gorgeous man walked up to me and said ‘I’ve been here since 5 o’clock and I want to get back to the front, where my place was.’
“I said ‘Well just say excuse me, they will let you through.’
“I thought he was genuinely asking for my help.”
She was surprised when instead of taking her advice he put his arm around her waist and said he wanted to stay standing with her.
Having been single for less than a year after being married for 40 years, she was speechless by his actions.
The man disappeared into the crowd and Pam said not getting his name when she had the chance was her “biggest regret.”
Among the 712,000 viewers of her video was a woman who was able to find the man after recognising that she had been standing near them at the concert.
“Less than 24 hours she messaged me back with a picture of this guy, his name, his wife’s name, where he works and the city he lives in which is right next to my city,” Pam said.
“The man just got married in April which is very sad and tragic.”
Her followers were equally disappointed that the man wasn’t single after becoming invested in the saga.
“Oh man, I’m so sorry. I was hoping for a love connection!!” one person said.
“Loving your updates! Sad he’s married but you’re beautiful and you deserve a great guy!” another wrote.
Gina Hendrix has been offering bespoke matchmaking to the world’s most elite men since 2008.
She shared a list of traits to be mindful of when dating:
“You are too sweet and I’m glad that you found out the truth,” a third chimed in.
“There’s good ones out there. Just be patient,” another wrote.
Despite the search not resulting in a date, Pam said she would still prefer to meet a partner in real life than on a dating app.
“I got married when I was 17,” she told PEOPLE. “I had children very early. I’ve got five grandchildren.
“When I was dating, as a teenager, you met people in school. I knew them, I knew their families. I knew their history.
“Fast forward 42 years and it’s a very sombre scene.”
