On social media, one person wrote: “Pete and Jowita look like they’ve been a couple for 10 years,” followed by a love heart.
A second person penned: “Wow, Pete and Jowita look so good together,” and a third added: “Pete and Jowita have the best chemistry of any couple this series, look how cute they are together.”
During their It Takes Two appearance on Monday night, they discussed their Saturday night samba.
“Watching him enjoying that samba was everything for me,” said Jowita as she looked at Pete.
She continued: “And to see that smile,” which made Pete smile as he turned away from Jowita.
The pro dancer added: “How iconic was it too to see him standing on Craig’s desk.”
Recently, the Polish dancer sparked speculation once again with her remarks in a new video.
In a backstage clip shared on Strictly‘s Instagram account, Jowita playfully teased Pete about his bold look, joking, “I still think you should keep that outfit.”
The pair had just danced a Samba to the theme from George of the Jungle as part of the show’s Movie Week.
Towie legend Pete had been wearing a leopard print costume to match the film‘stheme, showing off a lot of skin and highlighting his muscular physique.
Jowita also shared her pride for the hunk in the comments, posting a heart emoji and gushing: “So proud of you!!!! My king of the jungle!”
STRICTLY Come Dancing's latest series has already been hit by rumours of a BBC show 'curse' - yet what is it?
A host of Strictly Come Dancing stars have been struck by the Strictly Curse during the past two decades.
This is where celebrities who may or may not be attached in the outside world become more than friends with their professional partners.
A total of 20 relationships are said to have been impacted so far over the show’s 20 years.
It has seen relationships crumble with dance floor romances and punishing rehearsal schedules to blame.
This includes the partnerships of Louise and Jamie Redknapp as well as Kevin Clifton and Karen Hauer.
Controversially, Judge Craig Revel Horwood once said of the curse: “I think of it as a blessing, to be honest. One person is married, the other one had a girlfriend but my point in this entire thing is: if you come on Strictly, sometimes you are in a relationship that is not working anyway.
“There has to be something wrong in your relationship before it all goes awry.”
Series one winner Brendan Cole left his fiancé, fellow Strictly professional Camilla Dallerup, during filming for the very first series in spring 2004.
Brendan was said to have fallen for his celebrity partner and inaugural winner Natasha Kaplinsky, although the duo didn’t confirm they were romantically involved.
Strictly insiders have since revealed that their ballroom romance has been brewing behind the scenes ever since the pairing was made.
The Strictly source told The Mail On Sunday: “Pete has fallen head over heels for Jowita. He thinks she is amazing in every way.
“The feeling is mutual from her side and things have definitely progressed between them. They are all over one another behind the scenes, in a way that a loved-up couple would be.’
“It appears that we may have the first Strictly romance of the series, which is so exciting. They are the talk of the show.
“The other contestants are really happy for them. They are always smiling. It’s lovely. It will certainly brighten up the show following the dreadful saga around Giovanni (Pernice) and Amanda Abbington.”
Even Strictly judges Motsi Mabuse and Shirley Ballas noticed the pair’s chemistry, and both commented on it in their critiques last week.
Vincent admitted you can fall in love quite quickly on the dancefloor, adding: “Pasha Kovalev got married to Rachel Riley.
“Gorka Marquez got married (to Gemma Atkinson). Flavia Cacace got married (to Jimi Mistry).
“They’re both absolutely gorgeous. If they’re both single and spending so much time together, then why not go for it?
“We’ve seen people from the show get married in the past.
“Maybe Pete and Jowita could follow in their footsteps?”
