While EFF MP Busisiwe Mkhwebane's racialised attack on the judiciary and people of Indian descent attracted the attention of the South African Human Rights Commission, Mkwhebane's fellow EFF MP Sinawo Thambo came out in support of her and continued disparaging South Africans of Indian descent.
