TOPEKA (KSNT) – A Topeka brewery is introducing a new game for locals to try out.
785 Beer Company has a new activity for customers to try out when they visit the brewery that combines elements of football and bowling. This game, called "fowling" is similar to cornhole. It involves throwing a football about 20 yards in an effort to knock down 10 bowling pins.
"We're always looking for something fun and different," said 785 Beer Company owner Luke Loewen. "Obviously, we have a lot of space that we can do something neat in. Friends that were out of state play this game a lot up north, and they absolutely love it. So, we thought we'd try it out and see whether people enjoy it."
People can play fowling at the brewery regularly from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Monday nights. You can find 785 Beer Company at 301 Southeast 45th Street in Topeka. Visit the brewery's website by clicking here.
