Richard Branson: keep your brain fit, play chess
Richard Branson is an English business magnate and entrepreneur, co-founded the Virgin Group. In 2015 Richard Branson said in his personal blog, “chess may just be the best game in the world,” and that he has played thousands of chess games.
Nine years later, Richard Branson continues to be a big fan of the game. In April he confirmed that he travels around the world with a chess set in his luggage. Today, Richard Branson posted on Facebook a picture of him playing chess, saying, “You can’t focus on your health without keeping your brain fit too. For me, chess is the perfect way to do this. It also helps to stay present and to wind down at the end of the day. How do you stay brain fit?“
