While everyone is buzzing about Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex’s surprise solo appearance on Oct 5, we’re losing it over the look she chose for the event.

In case you missed it, Meghan attended the Children’s Hospital Los Angeles Gala 2024 at JW Marriott LA Live; and she did so in style. You can see the photo below:

For the event, she donned the red Carolina Herrera Plunge Neck Gown, which she paired with a pair of Aquazzura ‘So Nude’ 105 sandals in Lipstick red, her Cartier ‘Love’ bracelet, and her iconic Lorraine Schwartz pinky ring.

Back in Nov 2021, Meghan donned the same Carolina Herrera dress to the Salute to Freedom Gala in New York City. However, she rocked the plunging red dress with the overskirt that comes with it, giving it that ballgown effect.

However, fast-forward to today, and Meghan is showing her more relaxed, luxe fashion vibe. In fact, she truly seems to be embracing the “freedom style” Vogue talked about in 2022.

“Most of the time that I was in the U.K., I rarely wore color. There was thought in that,” Meghan once said about her royal fashion. “I was like, well, what’s a color that they’ll probably never wear? Camel? Beige? White?”
