STRICTLY Come Dancing’s latest eliminated pairing has been revealed ahead of tonight’s results show in an online spoiler.
Last night the couples took to the dancefloor for Movie Week and there was an array of memorable routines.
Strictly Movie Night was full of famous character[/caption] The Strictly pros will come together for a rom-com routine tonight[/caption]From wild Pete Wicks‘ hip-thrusting George of the Jungle routine to Wynne Evans‘ laugh out loud turn as Mrs Doubtfire, it was nonstop entertainment.
Unfortunately someone has had to go and follow athlete Tom Dean and pro partner Nadiya Bychkova out of the door.
After learning the result, one person wrote: “Ouffff okay thank god, I couldn’t take another week of that pairing.”
Another said: “Personally I would have preferred the other contestant to have been sent home.”
A third posted: “That’s my outright winner bet down the swanny :(.”
In tonight’s show, the BBC pro dancers will come together for a routine based around classic rom-com hits.
Neil Jones will take centre stage in the performance as the leading man, telling a story of love jam-packed with laughter and humour.
Choreographed by Jason Gilkison, the routine will be the perfect end to a weekend full of movie-inspired routines.
A BBC insider said: “Expect sparks to fly and hearts to skip a beat as the pros take to the floor in a routine that celebrates love in true Strictly style.”
The pros will don a variety of brightly coloured outfits as well as a few retro fits for the routine, which is set to kickstart the evening’s results show.
Elsewhere, fans will be treated to a performance by renowned pianist Alexis Ffrench as the musical guest.
There will then be the dreaded dance-off with one celebrity couple set to go home.
Swimmer Tom and his pro partner Nadiya found themselves eliminated last week in one of the most surprising week two exits ever.
They lost out to pop singer Toyah Wilcox, however it is not looking good for the star this week either, with fans already convinced that she will be the next to leave after noticing a giveaway ‘clue’.
Many took to X, formerly Twitter, to complain that she had been given the dreaded “death slot” by going second, a move which could have sealed her exit.
Writing online, one fan said: “Toyah has the death slot, seems like they want her to go now that she’s made it to Movie Week.”
Another added: “A Samba and Toyah is in the death spot. OH DEAR!”
A third wrote: “Lol @ production doing Toyah and Neil no favours by dumping them in the death slot.”
Before a fourth penned: “Toyah and Neil death slot oh it’s over for them.”
