Tottenham Hotspur take on Ferencvaros in their second Europa League league phase match this evening – their first away tie in the competition this season.
We believe that Guglielmo Vicario will retain his spot between the sticks, despite the likes of Fraser Forster and Brandon Austin being available.
Pedro Porro starts at right-back, with little opportunity for rotation due to the omission of Djed Spence from Tottenham’s Europa League squad.
In the centre of defence, Cristian Romero returns from his one-match suspension from a red card picked up two years ago, and is partnered by Ben Davies.
Postecoglou is likely to give Micky Van de Ven’s hamstrings a rest this evening, with Archie Gray filling in at left-back. There is also a chance that Davies and Gray could swap positions in that back four.
In the centre of midfield, Pape Matar Sarr returns to the starting XI, while Lucas Bergvall will be hoping to stay on the pitch longer than 10 minutes this time out. Yves Bissouma also gets another start under his belt.
In the forward areas, Postecoglou is likely to keep the faith with Timo Werner on the left side of attack, and Dominic Solanke remains the only real choice up front. We are hoping that Mikey Moore will start his first Tottenham match off the right side of attack.
