Grant Scott states that "no decisions have been made" on whether changes will occur during Sunday's Sky Sports Cup clash.
The Hibees take on Queen's Park at Ochilview Park in the second round of the competiton.
An opportunity to rotate the squad presents itself to Scott as the team take a brief step away from league competition.
"No final decisions have been made [on the starting XI]," Scott said in his pre-match press conference.
"There’s a chance for us to play some players who haven’t played so much, some returning injured players hopefully — who may or may not be available at this stage.
"We’ll stick to who we are and who we can be. It’s on us to do that."
Just a fortnight ago, Hibernian hosted Queen's Park for the first time in SWPL competition - running out 6-1 winners on the day at Meadowbank Stadium.
Whilst it would be easy to become complacent in these moments, Scott insists Hibs will take the tie - and the competition, of which the club are seven-time winners - very seriously.
"In the cups, you need to put league positions and form out the window. It’s a straight shoot-out.
"Depending on how Queen’s approach it, we need to be prepared for all eventualities. You get a chance to have a little break from league considerations.
"Historically at this club we’ve managed to do very well in the competition, and I’ve won the trophy myself a few times, so it holds a special place for us."
