The second half of New York Fashion Week was over quicker than it started, and it was jam-packed with dinners, parties, and store openings. Old Navy and the Cut (us, hi!) hosted a 1990s-themed party on Monday with performances from En Vogue, Ja Rule, and Hanson. Loewe, Saks, and Thom Browne all held star-studded dinners, and Tinashe was everywhere from the front row of Luar to DJ-ing a Christian Louboutin party. Plus, Rimowa hosted a bodega party to celebrate its latest launch: a new bag! Here’s what your favorite celebrities wore this week.
Best Dressed: En Vogue
I may be biased, but this week, Best Dressed has to go to En Vogue, who wore Old Navy’s latest collection at the brand’s 30th-birthday party at Webster Hall, co-hosted by the Cut to celebrate our first-ever solo print issue. Aside from the ’90s vibe their outfits brought, their performance was truly so much fun.
Best Dressed Runner-up: Greta Lee
Greta Lee knows how to serve a look, which she did at the Loewe x Saks dinner to celebrate the fall 2024 collection and New York flagship takeover.
Most on Theme: INK
INK’s westernwear always works for me but especially at this vintage-looking bodega Rimowa and WSA put on for their latest launch.
Best Glam: Cole Escola
Reminiscent of their Met Gala look, Cole Escola showed up to the Thom Browne spring 2025 dinner with an oversize dog purse and some bold blue makeup.
Best Je Ne Sais Quoi: Chloë Sevigny
Nothing but respect for our latest cover girl, who showed her support for New York City at the launch of Haley Wollens’s new digital magazine, MYTH.
Best Linkup: Jordan Chiles and Tyla
Jordan Chiles and Tyla are two girls who were everywhere this week and looked great while doing it, including here at the Nike Women’s event celebrating sport and style.
Best Action Shot: Tinashe
Christian Louboutin Beauty hosted a party for the launch of its new fragrance collection and managed to get Tinashe to DJ? I’m having major FOMO.
Best Accessorized: Coco Jones
Luar’s after-party was presented by American Express Gold Card and featured a limited-edition gold bag, which Coco Jones paired with a print mesh dress and funky gold heels.
Best Styling: Taylor Hill
Taylor Hill paired all the right proportions for a cool western look at the Guest in Residence and Caviar Kaspia collaboration dinner.
Best Risk-Taker: Teyana Taylor
LaQuan Smith’s after-party featured lots of stars, including Teyana Taylor in an all-red look with a puffy mesh collar.
Best Blush: Tefi Pessoa
Tefi Pessoa paired a bright, bold cardigan with some cool cargos (and a fun pink blush) to co-host a conversation at the Hourglass Cosmetics and Barneys New York limited-time concept store, co-hosted by TikTok.
Best Off-Duty: Coco Baudelle
Savette, a luxury leather brand, threw a cocktail event to toast its new range of bags, the Florence Collection, which Baudelle celebrated in a chic and simple look.
Best Group: Sarunas Jackson, Issa Rae, Bryon Javar, Tracee Ellis Ross, and Francis Tiafoe
This is a power group if I’ve ever seen one, and they all looked dashing at the LilliStar and Theophilio after-party.
Most on Trend: Mara Lafontan
Mara Lafontan paired all the right items at the ba&sh and Maryam Nassir Zadeh party to make the perfect Pinterest-approved outfit: leopard print, a thick headband, and ballet flats.
Best Tastemakers: Krystal Vega, Taylor Rooks, Naomi Wright, and Brittney Elena
Krystal Vega, Taylor Rooks, Naomi Wright, and Brittney Elena looked sophisticated and polished at the Catering to Champions Event.
Best Botany: Abby Bangser
Abby Bangser matched the colorful botanical décor of Café Ginori, a new restaurant at Bergdorf Goodman that opened this week with a celebration party.
