Mary J. Blige attended an Alice + Olivia by Stacey Bendet spring 2025 presentation held yesterday in New York. Beyond Blige, other notable attendees included Brooks Nader, Leonie Hanne, Paris Hilton, Kathy Hilton and Nicky Hilton, just to name a few.
Sticking to her faves, the “Not Gon’ Cry” singer sported a pair of thigh-high boots in white hailing from Bottega Veneta. Retailing for $3,799.99 via Saks Fifth Ave., the over-the-knee boot was crafted of Intrecciato woven slouchy leather uppers, a staple of the brand, along with square toes, leather soles and thick 4-inch stiletto heels. Rubber-injected soles allowed for a non-slip finish.
Blige loves her thigh-high boots both on and off stage. The silhouette has been with the performer throughout her career, offering the illusion of length and height when paired with just about any ensemble. Navy green nails and bright red hair gathered into a top knot provided color and contrast.
In true Blige style, the songwriter sported a wild snakeskin set, likely courtesy of Alice + Olivia. The look featured a billowing trench coat and a matching mini skirt paired with a silky black blouse with a plunging cowl neckline. On the accessories front, the rapper sported a plethora of high-shine gemstone-encrusted jewelry, imparting a welcomed shine.
Blige’s shoe style is often glamorous and bold. Known for her love of boots on and offstage, the “Good Morning Gorgeous” singer often wears styles in varying textures, heights and silhouettes from brands including Gucci, Christian Louboutin and Le Silla. Blige also wears boots on the red carpet, as well as platforms, pumps and stiletto sandals from labels including Aquazzura, Brian Atwood and Jimmy Choo.
In addition to her sleek footwear, Blige is a longtime star in the fashion and beauty industries, serving as a campaign star for brands including Dennis Basso, Timberland, Gold Bond and MAC over the years.
