A BEAUTY fan has revealed how she managed to transform her hair from thin and straggly to thick and luscious within four months.
Isabella even shared that her tips worked despite recently being in Australia and Bali, where temperatures were high, and she was washing her hair with “dirty water.”
The blonde beauty, known as @isabellapmayer on TikTok, shared a video explaining her top tips that everyone can follow.
Talking to the camera while showing off her locks, she says: “I have been on a hair health journey, and I’ve finally found things that actually work for me.
Isabella first urges others to stop using a hair dryer so regularly.
She says: “Stop using extreme heat damage. I now use my Dyson once a week, and I do a heatless blowout every single night for the rest of the week.
“I wash my hair once a week, so I will do one Dyson blowout and then six heatless blowouts before washing my hair again.”
Isabella emphasises the importance of using a good shampoo. “I use the K18 Peptide Prep Detox Shampoo (£24.99 from TK Maxx).
“You can find a shampoo that works for you; this one really works for me, and I always shampoo twice.”
Isabella also uses the K18 Peptide Hair Mask after washing her hair.
She says: “It’s meant to turn back the time on damage and stop you from having split ends.”
“After I’ve washed my hair, I also use the Gorgeous Hair Growth Serum.
“I obviously can’t say that this is the thing that has specifically made my hair grow, but I use it every time I wash my hair.”
Isabella uses the Goldwell Blondes and Highlights Heat Protector, which costs £9.81 from Notino.co.uk.
She says: “You can use any heat protection; it doesn’t matter.”
“I also use Colour Wow Dream Cocktail (£10.79 from eBay) before drying my hair.
“It is meant to repair your split ends, and I also love it as a leave-in conditioner.”
Isabella oils her hair every single night before putting it in a heatless blowout.
She uses three different oils, including Virtue Healing Oil (£25 from Space NK), Leah Lou Hair Oil (£14 from Sally Beauty), and K18 Molecular Hair Oil (£27 from Space NK) “on repeat.”
She adds: “Before I wash, I always use hair oil.
“Mielle Rosemary Hair Oil (£10.99 from Boots) and Hair Syrup Rapunzel Oil(£11.60 from Debenhams UK) for the roots, and Vitamin C Oil for the ends.
“I would definitely recommend all those tips, and I am excited to see how my hair continues to grow.”
Her video attracted lots of attention, with many people rushing to the comments section to share their thoughts.
One wrote: “Love this! I’ve started a hair growth journey posting daily updates with positive hair affirmation.”
Another added: “Beautiful transformation, you look gorgeous!”
A third said: “The best products.”
When you combine reducing heat exposure with the regular use of hair oils, you create an optimal environment for hair growth:
Less Damage + More Nourishment: Your hair is less likely to suffer from the damaging effects of heat, and it receives the necessary nutrients and moisture to grow strong and healthy.
Healthy Scalp: A well-nourished scalp is crucial for hair growth. Oils help maintain scalp health, while less heat means less irritation and dryness.
Improved Hair Quality: Over time, these practices lead to improved hair quality, making your hair more resilient, shiny, and capable of growing longer without breaking.
By adopting these practices, you can significantly improve the health of your hair, creating the ideal conditions for it to grow longer, stronger, and healthier.
