Four drivers were caught in Paphos driving under the influence of drugs, police said on Saturday.
According to the police, a driver of a roadside assistance platform and a moped driver are among the four drivers who were found last night by members of the Paphos police driving under the influence of drugs.
Two other vehicle drivers were found to have tested positive for drugs and one driver was also found to have tested positive for alcohol.
One of the four drivers reported for driving under the influence of drugs was in possession of a small amount of cannabis.
Meanwhile, according to the police, a total of 32 driver complaints were received during yesterday’s campaign on the main and secondary road network of the city and Paphos district.
The Paphos police say that coordinated police operations will continue at a later stage.
