Mets pitching prospect Jonah Tong made his Double-A debut on Thursday night, and all he did was toss six hitless innings. Triple-A Syracuse utility player Luke Ritter hit his Mets minor league leading 26th home run of the season.
Ritter leads the league with 86 RBIs and is second with 26 home runs.
