Though they don't rank with the best video doorbells, these Nest doorbells camera offer a 145-degree field of view, 1,280-by-960-pixel video at 30fps, 3:4 aspect ratio (which shows feet of visitors, so you'll likely be able to see your packages sitting on the porch), night vision, 6X digital zoom, two-way audio, and up to six months of battery life, according to PCMag's "good" review.

Because this is a Google product, it doesn't have Alexa, HomeKit, or IFTTT compatibility. The biggest downside is that recordings are stored in the cloud for free only for the first three hours.
