COXSACKIE, N.Y. (NEWS10)-- The village of Coxsackie has announced the return of their annual Riverside Festival. The event, scheduled for Sept. 21 with a rain date of Sept. 22, will take place at 1 Betke Blvd. from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
With something for everyone, the festival will include carnival rides, axe throwing, face painting and a variety of children's activities. Local craft vendors will also have items for purchase.
Local and regional food and drink vendors will also be in attendance. The vendors will be offering wood fired pizza, lobster rolls, gyros, shaved ice, donuts and craft beer and cocktails.
Additionally, there will be an array of live music from Tame the Rooster, Dusk Till Dawn, Witches along the Hudson and the event's headliner DJ Ketchup. Following his set, a firework display will be set off.
