STACEY Solomon has wowed fans with a recent snap showcasing her incredible gym-honed physique.
Taking to her Instagram stories earlier today the TV personality looked incredible as she showed off an image of her in the gym, with the caption: “Happy Wednesday. Lots of love from a very sweaty me.”
Smiling in the snap and wearing tight-fitting gym gear and headphones, she went on to say: “Finally dragged my bum to the gym this morning before the school run.
“It’s been far too long and before the long nights and freezing weather kick in I need to get into some good habits.”
“Zach came with me as he wants to get into the gym too, so hopefully I’ll have a buddy.”
The 34-year-old mother-of-five began her weight loss and fitness journey after welcoming her fifth child, Belle, in February 2023.
In May of that year the Loose Women panellist told fans how she only began exercising to make a point to her husband Joe Swash, who had never used the gym equipment he had bought.
And after getting into a routine she said back in February: “I’m so proud of myself because I began this little journey basically to get rid of Joe’s treadmill and to prove a point and here I am nine months later.
“Feeling so buzzing, like more awake and alive because of a little bit of exercise a day. For anyone who thinks they can’t, I promise, you can if I can.”
Last year her sister Samantha told how she had become her personal trainer, with the siblings enjoying gruelling workouts together before their children were awake.
Samantha said on her Instagram at the time: “Progress update with @staceysolomon …we have been carrying on with the strength training around her ridiculously hectic filming & five-child family schedule.”
Samantha added: “I also have the best training partner at Barry’s where we can get up early & get it done before our kids wake up & be clumsy & silly together.”
