The Sun’s early previewer described Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions as “so mindless”.
Quidditch Champions is the first standalone game centred around the fictitious sport since 2003’s Harry Potter: Quidditch World Cup.
It allows players to customise their character and choose from the four positions: chaser, beaters, keeper, and seeker.
Switch users will have to wait until Christmas time to get hold of the game.
But in the meantime, Nintendo has slashed the price of other Harry Potter favourites.
And the bundle includes two titles.
LEGO Harry Potter Collection brings together years 1-4 and years 5-7 remastered.
The digital edition normally costs £34.99 but for a limited time there’s 80 per cent off.
This takes the total down to just £6.99.
But the offer is only available until September 16.
“Just what I needed”, one shopper wrote on HotUKDeals.
“You have waved your my magic wand with this deal,” another commented.
For those who prefer physical editions, the price is also down for the pair at the moment.
You can buy the collection from Argos for £15.99.
