BALLSTON SPA, N.Y. (NEWS10)-- A man accused of manslaughter in June was arraigned in Saratoga County Court on Tuesday. The Saratoga County District Attorney's Office said Cyrus Tetreault, 20, of Watervliet, was indicted on first-degree manslaughter, assault charges, and more.
Tetreault was arrested Friday, May 31, by the Saratoga County Sheriff's Office after they received a call about a fight on Sparrow Drive in Malta around 6:22 p.m. Deputies said their investigation accused Tetreault of hitting Brian Miller, 53, with a large wrench, and kicking him in the head which resulted in Miller's death.
Tetreault was also arraigned on charges of second-degree assault, second-degree attempted assault, and tampering with physical evidence. The case against Tetreault was officially filed with the Saratoga County Court Clerk on Thursday, Aug. 22.
